What Fastrack users have to say...
I work a cow/calf conference in southern Iowa every year and last year I sold some JumpStart® gel to an Angus breeder there at the show. He came back this year and told me that before he bought the JumpStart® gel from us last year, he'd been using CalfGuard/ScourGuard® product on his calves and he'd had 40 calves on the ground when he bought our product and all 40 had scours. When he got home, he switched to our product, calved out another 200 head after switching to the JumpStar®t gel and only had five cases of scours. He did a complete switch from the CalfGuard/ScourGuard® program to the JumpStart® gel. He said he'd always had a problem before for years. 10-20 days after calving he'd have scours in the calves and he said last year it had eliminated it completely with the JumpStart® gel. What a cool testimonial about the JumpStart® gel products.

I had a herd bull that split his hoof by fighting. This was a perfect bull so I really wanted to use him one more year. Our veterinarian told me to just sell him because his hoof wouldn't heal or stay in good shape. I put him on a double dose of Fastrack® and five lbs. of corn/oats per day for two weeks. The following week I turned him out with the cows. His hoof healed by itself and looked like someone had smeared some kind of hard hoof material over the crack in his hoof!

Here is my Fastrack® program for cow/calf operations: Calves...1st bolus when they hit the ground. Start calves on creep feed at one month or sooner. Ration...40% oats, 40% corn, 20% green leafy alfalfa (put through a grinder) Mix Fastrack® with feed as it goes into the feeder. (I probably use 1 ounce per head per day to start with.) Creep feed...calves should be consuming one pound per head per day at six weeks. We need to be talking about having calves weigh 100 lbs. of weight for every month of age! A 7 month old calf should be ready to go right to a feedlot. (Now I feel bad if we loose even one calf out of one hundred!)
